1A. Be friendly, mature, and helpful to your guild mates. Respect them and their needs equally, regardless of guild rank, age, gender, or length in guild. WAFFLE HOUSE BRAWLERS guild does its best to help each member improve upon their skills and abilities.
1B. If you come across good BOE gear a guild member can use and benefit from it is recommended, but not required, that you pass the item on to them. WAFFLE HOUSE BRAWLERS guild does not require its members to offer free profession services to other WAFFLE HOUSE BRAWLERS members but it is up to the individual member in regards to how they want to handle the transaction. Believe me, if you charge guild members more than non-guilded it WILL get back to the officers/GM. My unofficial guideline is this: If they provide all mats, I do anything for guildies for free. Of course, transmutes and other time-related actions are an exception to where performing a transmute temporarily prevents the guild member from performing another transaction; but those should be handled as maturely and as independently as possible.
1C. Do NOT be angry or upset when a guildmate wins gear that you wanted. Accept it, be happy for that guild member and move on and know that the guild is here to help everyone get all of their “set pieces.” The key to this game is about patience and the guild working together to achieve everyone’s needs. Selfishness only gets noticed and eventually it becomes suggested for a loot-monger’s removal. WAFFLE HOUSE BRAWLERS does not tolerate Loot Mongers.
